The cake pan lady engraves high-quality Nordic Ware® pans made in Minnesota. Cakes and bars come out perfect, with golden crust and no burning. The pans offer baking versatility. The natural metal interiors provide for even baking every time. The cake pans are 9" x 13" x 2" and are excellent for cakes, bars and molded desserts. Each pan features a snap-on aluminum lid for easy storage and desserts on the go.
care & use
Wash with hot soapy water before use.
Cleaning: After each use, thoroughly wash pan in hot, soapy water to avoid stains caused by a build-up of food or grease residue. Dishwashers will discolor pans after repeated washings. If there is a build-up of food particles that cannot be removed by soaking, use a scouring pad recommended for non-stick surfaces. Never use harsh abrasives or steel wool. Nylon, wood or plastic utensils are recommended to preserve the pans luster.
Lids are NOT intended as a baking surface.
